The Abranches Cuisine story began with Sue, who, in her earlier years had a talent for crafting fabric flowers in India. She specialised in individually hand creating flowers for wedding bouquets and various other floral arrangements for events.
Sue came to Australia, she wanted to continue her creative passion, however, was captivated by the artistry of fondant flowers. Sue, along with her daughter Shannon, then decided to blend their shared passion for cooking and creativity into the process of crafting edible masterpieces.
